RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Items purchased on serenagreen.co.uk may be returned to Serena Green for return or exchange within 14 days from the date you receive your order. Returns and exchanges are only accepted on unaltered items which are returned in the original packaging (Serena Green pouch and box).

Please email support@serenagreen.co.uk for return requests using the subject heading RETURN. Please provide your Name, Address, Order Number and Reason for Return. Approved returns will be credited for the purchase price of your item. We do not refund postal / shipping charges, unless we have sent an item in error. We cannot accept returns for merchandise purchased anywhere other than serenagreen.co.uk

Return postage and insurance is the responsibility of the customer. The customer is responsible for any and all postage / shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages. You will be responsible for the item(s) until they reach us and we suggest you use a secure delivery service that requires a signature for proof of receipt. You will have to provide your proof of purchase from Serena Green in order to receive a refund.

Please allow 5 business days for your return to be processed once the item has been received.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Regular orders may be cancelled at any time prior to shipping. If you wish to cancel an order after posting / shipping, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges section for return instructions.

Your privacy is of the highest importance to us, and we promise never to release your personal details to any outside company for mailing or marketing purposes. When you order, we will ask for your name, email, address, delivery address and telephone number - this will be stored in the event we need to get in touch with you in relation to your delivery.

We will use these details to fulfil the orders that you place with us. This may include us passing your details to recognised credit checking agencies and/or credit card companies to assess your credit authorisation. We may also obtain and use information about you as a result of authentication or identity checks (including your IP address). All orders placed with serenagreen.co.uk will undergo security checks to prevent online fraud occurring.

Serena Green does not store any credit card information.

PAYMENT

By purchasing on this site you confirm that the credit / debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit / debit card to use it. Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Debit and any other methods that may be advertised on the site.

All credit / debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

All credit / debit card transactions on this site are processed using Shopify Payments or Pay Pal, which are secure online payment gateways which encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.

DELIVERY

You will receive a dispatch notice once your order has been sent out for delivery. Our delivery charges are set out on our website. We will deliver the goods to the delivery address provided at the time you make your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you give us is correct and accurate and that there is someone to sign for and take delivery of the goods from the delivery service used.

We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by us. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only. Any import duties or taxes charged in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. Serena Green is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Copying and use of the above listed materials to any other server, location or support for publication, reproduction or distribution is expressly prohibited without permission.

The content of this site is for personal non-commercial use only. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, commercially exploit, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content, software, products or services contained within this Site. You may not use this Site, or any of its Content, to further any commercial purpose, including any advertising or advertising revenue generation activity on your own Site.
